1. **Hair Preparation:**
- Please ensure your hair is free of any styling and detangled to avoid service fee from recently removed braids or another style.
- Prices are standard but may increase based on length, density, and detangling requirements.
- Please book all desired services prior to your appointment.

2. **Cancellation & No-show:**
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% charge.
- Failure to cancel and a no-show will result in a 100% charge and inability to book future appointments.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 25% charge.

3. **Preparations:**
- **The Density Rule:**
- High density hair requires additional time; please select "high density" when booking to ensure appointment confirmation. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
- **Length Requirement:**
- Hair shorter than 6 inches is not serviced.
- **New Client Rule:**
- New clients or those returning after 12 weeks must book the as though they are a first-time client, unless opting for an amino acid treatment, a color service, or a flexi rod set.
